Summer Zinger Herbal Tea

Don’t let the name, fool you! This tea is fabulous hot and delicious iced. We drink it every season, but its deep red color reminds me of the brilliance of my summer garden, when the hibiscus really shine, so that moment gives the tea its name. I make it with lemongrass, hibiscus, rose petals, licorice root, nettles, mint, and orange peel (which I don’t grow, but source from other growers). It’s a soothing, mellow tea, courtesy of the lemon grass. But the hibiscus and rose give it a gorgeous, red color. Great plain or with honey.
